I think my kitten has a cold?

She is about 9-10 weeks old. She does not seem to have trouble breathing, but she does have boogers around her nose all the time. Today, I noticed eye-boogers for the first time. And I cuddle her and clean her nose every day, so the eye-boogers are definitely a new thing, not just unnoticed until now. I am wondering if this means her cold is getting worse. Also, she sneezes... but usually only if she is sniffing something for a while. What should I do, if anything?
