Why do so many minority athletes have problems with the law?

Sebstian Telfair, Cedric Benson, Dante Culpepper, Most of the Miami U Football team, Pacman Jones, Tank Johnson, Randy Moss, Ray Lewis, Onterrio Smith, and the list goes on. Dozens more black professional athletes in the last few years have been arrested. Why is this, and why is it only minority athletes, you hardly ever see white athletes in the news?
