I have side windows on both sides of my front door and I don't like it when?

people look in to see if someone is coming to the door. What can I do to cover these up that will look nice. I have plantation shutters thoughout my home and these side windows are only 7.5 inches across and 17 inches long. any ideas...would be helpful.
