At least in the United States, most types of corrective eye surgery do not disqualify you from obtaining a first-cl medical certification. You need a statement from your ophthalmologist stating that healing is complete and that there are no unacceptable side effects (vision defects, eye pain), and you must still p the visual acuity tests (with gles if necessary). Given these, you can get your medical with no problem, and you shouldn't have any trouble becoming an airline pilot because of your surgery.
