How does my bf psychologically think about me?

I am 18 and my bf is 46 (although he said he feels about 25 to me), anyhow I recently got genital warts which he ped onto me and he knew he had them but when I asked (before I got them), he said they weren't infectious at all. I feel mad at him... I feel stuck in a rut now and I can't believe he lied to me! I know that he tells me he loves me 13000 times a day but does he REALLY love me... what is love? He has also said about how all his other friends are jealous because they are single to me and it makes me wonder if he just has me to brag to people. He tends to buy me a lot of things but does this equate to love?
