How come they constantly changing the bible every 10 years?

Why is the old testament of the bible being change and what is the differences in the new testament. Please don't tell me that we couldn't understand the language because that would mean we didn't needed a new bible we only needed an interpreter and why do they have a list of missing books of the bible, Please no jokes the future of our lives depends on the truth.
