Does anyone agree with me on the fact that the show LOST and Paradise Lost have many connections?

Lost on ABC is one of my favorite shows. Does anyone agree with me that maybe the show is connected to the book Paradise Lost by Milton? I'm reading it in cl now and find many connections between the two, like how the people fell from a plane are like the fallen angels that fell from heaven. Ben could easily be the devil because in the book the satan is sly and seems like a hero (though he isnt). anyone agree, disagree??
