Why does Skin Bracer after shave hurt your eyes so much?

OK..It doesn't/shouldn't go anywhere near the eyes...It quite possibly has Alcohol in it....It goes on the LOWER portion of your face & neck area....Use it in extreme Moderation....& away from your eyes...Wash your hands after you use it...
