What are some key signs of rabbit pregnancy?

I own a 6 yr old mini rex doe who was accidentally left outside. Usually wild rabbits come around at night when she is in her hutch. Luckily, she was still healthy in the morning. Could she be pregnant. Lately she has been more aggressive towards me. Also, she is the runt of her litter- could this cause complications?
