Two male atiels mating?

You have a normal grey male atiel, and a pied atiel. Pieds can't be visually ed, so you have two options. One, DNA testing. You send a sample of blood I think, and they determine if it's a male or female. Two, if your birds are tame, take the pied and push your thumb between his legs, where a usual male's part would be. You won't feel anything, but if you feel the pelvis is close together and hard to fit your thumb in, it could be a male. If it's far apart, it's a female. Females are wider because they're made for laying eggs! good luck!
