How to stop the pain and hurt?

I know this seems to be the season so called parents abandon their children for a new single child free life. In my case I am filing for divorce against my estrange husband, his lives with his girl friend and her kids in Sayville NY and I am in Cleveland OH with our daughter who is 2 years old. His girl friend has express hatred towards me and my daughter, but he calls me and the baby when she is not around telling me how he still loves us and wants to come home and be a family. When she is around he will not answer his cell for the baby at all and she will beg me to call daddy and she will keep talking to a voice mail saying daddy, daddy, daddy and it kills me. Is there away I can legally stop him from mentally hurting my child an me????
