sounds like esophageal spasms which are spasming of the muscles in the food pipe down ur throat. They can be caused by hot and cold foods which trigger the spasming. Sometimes this condition can be caused by leakage in the muscle sphincter which connects ur food pipe to your stomach. You should get urself checked out by ur family doctor... u might need some kind of anti reflux medication or further tests. Good luck!
