Does 89 octane gasoline have the same amount of ethanol than 87 octane.?

Depends on the state you live in. In most of SD only 89octane has ethanol in it and its 10%. 87 and 91 and higher have no ethanol in them. But in some states all octanes of fuel have 10% ethanol in them.
